Biography

Born in The Netherlands, studied Theatre Design in Maastricht and with Margaret Harris at Riverside Studios in London. Awarded an Arts Council Bursary resulting in a season at the Lyceum Theatre in Edinburgh. Thereafter worked as freelance designer in England and abroad, and was resident designer at The Wolsey Theatre in Ipswich. I took part in the exhibition at PQ95 which won a special gold medal.
I paint and am a children's book author and illustrator. After a break raising my family, I am currently designing for Northern Ballet
