Sustainable Design Working Group

This working group exists to connect theatre designers with the resources they need for more environmentally sustainable practice, to ensure designers' voices are heard in any sector-wide conversations on sustainability, and to develop any new tools and resources they may need.

Several SBTD members also work as design educators. This working group facilitates conversations between the Society and the Performance Design Education Collective (PDEC), the association representing BA and MA courses in performance design throughout the UK. Design educators who are not part of this network are also very welcome to join this group...
