Biography

A Graduate from the University for the Creative Arts with a 1st class BA(Hons) in Design for Theatre and Screen, I specialise in the design and creation of puppets, props and costumes. Previous projects have included puppets based on The Magic Flute and Black Dog: The Dreams of Paul Nash by Dave McKean. In the past, I designed masks and costumes for a production by Ben Judd and recently I made swallow puppets for a short film by Kat Philipou-Curtis.

I have experience with a broad range of materials and creative techniques, and am always willing be experimental in my work. I often draw inspiration from mythology and folklore, and find this gives my work a unique and colourful style.
