Assistant Designers Register

Many designers begin their career by assisting other more established designers while simultaneously building a portfolio of their own work.

The role that Assistants play in the fabric of our profession is vital.

By valuing them appropriately, we also set a bar for how Designers themselves are valued.

We have made significant strides forward in campaigning for these roles to be recognised by theatre managements as something they need to support.
