Biography

Trained at Wimbledon School of Art and Nottingham Trent University, also studying at DAMU Theatre Academy, Prague. His work for the Linbury Prize for Stage Design was exhibited at the Royal National Theatre in 1995. He was design assistant to Pamela Howard on "Hedda Gabler" and "The Seagull" for English Touring Theatre.

Theatre design work includes "Pervy Verse" and "Perpetual Motion" (1998) for Camden Etcetera Theatre, "The Cenci" (1997) for North Pole Theatre, Greenwich, "Lost" for Central TV Junior Workshop and associate designer on "Tales From the City" (1996) for the Royal Court Young People's Theatre.

Design for dance work includes "Entries" (1998) first performed at the Islington Dance Festival with Jo Blowers and he is currently developing designs for "Rites of Summer" for the London Butoh Network.

He is design lecturer on the BTEC Performing Arts course at Brooklands College, Weybridge and is curating part of the visual arts programme for the 1999 Merton Arts Festival.
