Biography
Rob Batterbee trained at Bretton Hall graduating in 2000. He has skills in all design disciplines and likes to incorporate light and sound into his set and costume designs.
Current work is based around small to medium scale touring, visual and experimental theatre companies.
Rob Batterbee's design work ranges from highly experimental work to more conventional formats. One primary concern is that of space and how it is used. One exploration of this involved a performance space of 3 m wide by 45 cm deep and 2 m tall and involved taut ropes and lots of Lycra!
