Biography
Ken Harrison trained at Motley Theatre Design Course. In 1984 he was awarded an Arts Council Bursary for a year at Watford Palace Theatre.
Past work includes designs for Riverside Studios; Lyric Theatre, Belfast; Druid Theatre, Galway; York Theatre Royal; Unicorn Theatre; Mercury Theatre, Colchester; Dundee Rep; King's Theatre, Glasgow and Northcott Theatre, Exeter.
Designs for national tours include The 39 Steps, The Ladykillers, Time and the Conways, Travels with my Aunt and Mindgame.
Recent work includes Travesties, The Hound of the Baskervilles, The Tempest, Our Man in Havana (Nottingham Playhouse); Tales from Hollywood, Humble Boy, Jane Eyre (Perth Theatre); Amadeus, Double Indemnity, Kind Hearts and Coronets, The Flouers o' Edinburgh, Whisky Galore, An Ideal Husband (Pitlochry Festival Theatre); Trumpets and Raspberries, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and The Snow Queen (Royal Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh).
