Biography
Jodie Gardner graduated with a First Class degree in Theatre Design from 'The Arts University College Bournemouth'. She is a freelance theatre designer with an interest in costume, set, puppetry, and illustration.
After leaving University she designed costumes, set, and puppetry for Angel Exit, a physical theatre company, on the touring show Moonfleet. She has also designed and realised costumes for the show "Don't Blame It On The Wolf", with Open Stage Productions.
She has designed for Brownsea Island Open Air Theatre, worked at Shakespeares Globe Theatre, The Arts Educational Schools London, and was head of set design and realisation of the set for 'A Costume Drama', her end of degree final show.
Jodie has worked with primary school children in schools giving workshops on theatre design.
She is currently working at The Arts University College Bournemouth as a visiting tutor, and designing Alice In Wonderland.
