Biography
Filipa Malva is a scenographer.
She has a degree in Architecture and an MA in Performance Space and IT Modelling.
Her list of work include assisting prop design for the National Opera House São Carlos, Lisboa, Portugal, during productions of Wagner's Tetralogy and set draughting for the Scenic Workshops of the Royal Opera House, London.
She used to be working for Avalon Theatre Company, an educational group performing in English. Along with set and costume design, she has extensive experience as an illustrator and scenic artist.
She is now preparing her PhD in Scenography for Children and Young Audiences at the University of Coimbra, Portugal.
