Claire Browne recently graduated with a 1st Class degree in Theatre Design at Nottingham Trent University. Throughout the course she focused on scenography but also lighting design. Persueing theatre has let her pursue her passion of storytelling especially when ideas, opinions and issues can be explored. Being highly motivated and belieing in the holistic approach to theatre-making Claire takes an active interest in all aspects of production.
Recent credits are with YMT:UK and The Television Workshop. In 2010 Claire also achieved runner-up 'York Prize for Stage Design' for her design for Blackbird.
Claire is currently pursuing work with small creative theatre companies and this summer designing for a Nottingham based community project of 'Into The Woods'.
