Biography
Catherine graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a first class honours degree in theatre design. While there, she collaboratively devised and designed shows including The Pit and the Pendulum (Waverly Studio Theatre) and Counting Footsteps which was showcased at the International Festival “Test!” in Croatia. Design credits include Macbeth and Hobsons Choice (Broadway Theatre Catford), Fewer Emergencies (Burton Taylor Studio), Mercury Fur (Hertford Bop Cellar) “The Ostrich and the Dolphin” (National tour including the Royal Institution). She worked as a design assistant on The Hotel directed by acclaimed comedian Mark Watson (Edinburgh Fringe). For Punchdrunk she worked as a design assistant on Clod and Pebble (secret show in shop off Carnaby Street) and as a scenic artist on Masque of the Red Death (Battersea Arts Centre). She acted as an assistant designer to Helen Goddard on productions including The Spanish Tragedy (Arcola Theatre).
