Biography

Anna trained in theatre design at Wimbledon School of Art and with the National Youth Theatre of Wales.

Her designs for theatre include: GameRunners (Hide & Seek), The Shawl, Victory and Disappeared (Arcola), Sixteen (SPID), The Tin Horizon (Theatre 503), The Exquisite Corpse, (True/Fiction at WMC, Edinburgh and Southwark Playhouse), Practice (RSC), I Was a Beautiful Day, Ours and The Zoo (Finborough Theatre), Over The Edge and Tales of Mystery &Madness (Bristol Old Vic), The Container (Creative Partnerships), Cruising (Bush), Showstopper (Theatre Royal, Bury St. Edmunds), Splendour (Cobden Club), The Merchant of Venice (Orange Tree Theatre), Amy Evans’ Strike (Courtyard), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Young Vic), A Chorus of Disapproval (Guildhall School of Music & Drama), Buzz and The Morals of Modern Day Myths (Sherman Cymru), The Soldier (Edinburgh Festival, RADA), Jacob Jacobson (Bloomsbury Theatre), Monster (Royal Opera House/Escape Artists), Will Eno Shorts, Friction, Bash and Riddance (True/Fiction). Anna is Joint Artistic Director of True/Fiction Theatre, a company specialising in visual storytelling. She also works on text development and dramaturgy, including past projects for the RSC, Young Vic and BAC.
