GABRIELLA CSÀNYI-WILLS

Gabriella Csànyi-Wills, Hungarian by parentage, British by birth, and French by education has a degree in Humanities from the Open University and a degree in Theatre Studies from Central School of Speech and Drama.

Since finishing her studies in 1996, she has worked consistently designing set and costumes for theatre, opera and dance. She is involved with educational programmes and workshops such as Pan Arts week of work and play with dancers, musicians and poets to understand the processes through which each of us go to arrive at the finished work creating greater collaboration and a huge amount of fun.

Her recent theatre credits include: "Die Fledermaus" (Robert Bouffler Trust); "Blazing 2000" (Royal Festival Hall); "Beauty and the Beast" (West Sussex Youth Theatre); "The Merry Widow" (Opera della Luna); "Julius Caesar Jones" (Music Box); "16 Winters" (Bristol Old Vic); "Jump to Cow Heaven" (Wimbledon Studio); "Henry V" and "Falstaff" (QEH, Bristol); "Livid" (Australia and England tour); "Chair Lift" (Hampstead Theatre); "Jessie" (RSC Summerhouse and Edinburgh Fringe); "The Member of the Wedding" (Wimbledon Studio); "The Lodger" (Jermyn Street Theatre); "Refract" (tour and The Place); and "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and "Hamlet" (Cannizaro Park).
