Paul Burgess

I am committee member and part of the sustainability working group. I joined the SBTD because the only way to improve things in our industry is through solidarity and collective action. I trained at Motley and have been a designer for 20 years. My practice spans set, costume, video and installation, both in the UK and abroad. I have been a visiting lecturer at numerous universities, including Goldsmiths and the National College of Arts, Pakistan. I am also artistic director of Daedalus Theatre Company and on the board of the King’s Hall Trust for the Arts.
