"The Laramie Project" - Sherman Theatre, Venue Two/2005 - Directed by Phil Clark
SET AND COSTUMES BY LUKE BURGESS

The set called for a representation of the wide, sweeping plains of Wyoming prairie land, and the fence dissected this, portraying the place where Matthew Shepard, a gay college student was brutally beaten and left for dead. The ten actors played around five or six characters each, including townspeople and interviewers, so the costumes were used as representations, allowing easy changes from one to another.
