This was a close collaboration between a school and theatre professionals. I took inspiration from pupils' original art work to create a flexible, multi-locational setting. The characters escape from their overgrown war-torn street, out on a small boat and across the sea. They meet a Peach Lady, a king on a chariot and an enchanting sand creature!
