Napoli Scorticata, was a devised promenade theatre piece which both dissected and celebrated the mythos of Southern Italian culture and folklore. The site-specific production took place at the deconsecrated 18th century church of Santa Maria Maddalena, and ushered in a new era of performance practice in Naples' Sanitá district.
