The play is set in a 1920's Criminal Court Press Room. It takes place over one evening in the same room. I wanted the piece to be as naturalistic as possible with a real sense of the world outside. I created this with a sense of office buildings across courtyards and corridors. The office had to be as messy and grimy as possible as seasoned hacks wait for the next scoop ...
