"Skellig" by David Almond - Nuffield Youth Theatre, Southampton/2005
Director: Fran Morley - Lighting designer: Jay Evans
SET AND COSTUMES DESIGNED BY BO SCHULTZ
Flying in the danger house
The set is a suggestive, abstract space, based on the play's two main locations: an old garage and a dilapidated house. For a chorus of thirty-five, different levels and found objects are provided for the company to play with a more physical approach to the space, costumes allowing the chorus to become 'a part of the set'.
